00:30to speed up the assistance to our countrymen,

00:42the assistance to the seafood industry of Cagayan

00:45who were severely affected by the next typhoons.

00:49He immediately sent assistance to the Agriculture Department

00:54to the fishermen and fishermen

00:57at the time of the assessment of the coastal areas affected by the typhoons.
