00:06She went to the Belenismo Festival of the province organized by the Tarlac Heritage Foundation,

00:13where the art of belay, making, is being promoted as a part of the Filipino culture.

00:19Tarlac is also known as the Belen Capital of the Philippines.

00:22Among Carlson's mandates is cultural diplomacy.

00:26This is the first time an ambassador has visited the province since Donald Trump won as the President of the United States.
