Dozens rally for women's rights in Washington after Trump win  Dozens of protesters rallied for women's reproductive rights in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, November 9, just days after Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s election win.  Protesters believe that Trump’s incoming administration will further erode reproductive healthcare access, including contraception and fertility treatments, not long after the country’s mostly conservative-aligned Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision in 2022 to overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling. The move triggered a wave of restrictive abortion laws in Republican-controlled states.  Although Trump has declined to endorse a national abortion ban, he has said the decision should be left to individuals states. 00:27I believe that it's true that Trump will approve an abortion ban for the entire United States

00:47and I'm here to fight back against that.

00:50I'm going to keep fighting and he has threatened to throw protesters and people that disagree

00:57with him in prison or have the military come after us and this is a hill I'm willing to

01:04die on.

01:05This is my freedom.

01:27I'm terrified.

01:28I'm worried that we are going to go back and it's people like this that are giving me hope

01:33that maybe we won't but it does feel like we have a one party show.

01:37I was when I found out that Donald Trump was elected that night I didn't expect it.

01:44It was completely out of the blue to me and that could just be because of the bubble I

01:47was in but I cried for days and I needed to spring into action and that's what brought

01:52me here.

02:11It breaks my heart.

02:12There are so many people that have come before us and have fought for our rights and I would

02:19hate to let that legacy, I'd hate to let that go so hopefully we can just keep on,

02:25keep fighting and hope for a brighter day.
