00:00I get this feeling that I'm always short of time.

00:03I feel I'm restless about everything that I'm doing,

00:06that I want to do a lot of things together.

00:09The matter might be just the opposite.

00:12There are five things,

00:14and probably all of them need to be looked at all at once.

00:18But one must not stop there.

00:20The next thing is prioritization.

00:22It's alright to be conscious of the choices available,

00:25but once you know what all is available,

00:27you must have a value system that can clearly prioritize.

00:32So I consider each of them,

00:33and then using my discretion,

00:35I decide which one to put at the top of the list.

00:39And accordingly, I invest my time, resources, attention, everything.

00:43Concentration is absolutely meaningless without discretion.

00:48The problem then is not concentration.

00:50The problem then is what to concentrate on.

00:53And that decides the quality of your life.
