00:30Undersecretary Roger Navarro said retailers will sell well-milled rice
00:35for around 42 pesos per kilo, helping make rice more affordable, especially for poor families.
00:42DA Assistant Secretary Arnel De Mesa also said they will increase monitoring
00:47of 30 markets from Monday to Saturday to ensure cheaper rice remains available.
