00:00It all seems to be moving so fast for us, well me as I'm getting older.

00:07I hate the tills in the supermarkets. That I won't go to.

00:16That's put somebody out of work in my book and it's just to save money.

00:21So no, I'm not happy with that.

00:24A lot of elderly people are now being expected to deal with hospital appointments,

00:30booking COVID appointments and doing many things online.

00:35And many elderly people don't have internet.

00:38My parents do not have the internet.

00:41And so when they phone the doctor's surgery and they're asked,

00:44well can you send a picture? They can't send a picture.

00:48And it's very, very frustrating for them.

00:51So a lot of entrepreneurs and organisations just assume everyone has the internet

00:56and that really isn't the case.

00:58Car parking, for example. You can't just put your money in anymore.

01:02You've got to join the club and you've got to have the right cards and that to do it

01:07and the right phones to do it.

01:09And then often when you try to set up, there's no signal on your phone

01:13so you can't even set up to do it at all.

01:15So what do you do then? You need to find someone to pay.

01:18So for me, I can walk a bit and find one, but a lot of them can't.

01:21So they've immediately got a problem.
