00:00The strong winds of Marseille continued to blow as the northern mainland of the Gagayan-Babuyan Islands area was hit by the storm.

00:06Some places were already hit by the storm with Signal No. 4.

00:10The weather specialist, Chanel Dominguez, will share the update on the situation.

00:15Good morning, Ms. Chanel.

00:17Good morning to you and good morning to our viewers here on PCV4.

00:21So, let's start with Update 2.

00:23Here in Binabantayan, we have a storm called Marseille.

00:26This is the last storm to pass 200 kilometers east of Apari, Gagayan.

00:30There is a strong wind of 155 kilometers per hour and a storm of 190 kilometers per hour.

00:37This is the one that moves westward and westward at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.

00:42Because of this, we have a tropical cyclone wind, Signal No. 4, here in the northern portion of Gagayan

00:47as well as here in the Babuyan Islands and the northeastern portion of Apayao.

00:52Signal No. 3 in the southern portion of Batanes, Gagayan, rest of Apayao, Ilocos Norte, and northern portion of Abra.

01:00Signal No. 2 here in the southern part of Batanes, northern portion of Central Portion of Isabela,

01:06Calinga, Mountain Province, northern portion of Ipugao, northern portion of Benguet, Ilocos Sur, and northern portion of La Union.

01:14Signal No. 1 in the southern part of La Union, Pangasinan, Ipugao, Benguet, Isabela, Quirinon, Nueva Vizcaya,

01:21northern and central portion of Aurora, northern portion of Nueva Ecija, and northern portion of Zambales.

01:28We can see that it is possible for a landfall scenario here or for this storm to traverse here in the Babuyan Islands

01:35and northern portion of Gagayan, Ilocos Norte, and Apayao later this afternoon until early tomorrow.

01:43It is also possible for this storm to leave our Philippine area of responsibility tomorrow night.
