00:07so that the public can be quickly alerted to the possible effects of the calamity.

00:19President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. alerted the government agencies in front of Banta

00:26of the possible effects of the calamity.

00:27The executive board urged the government agencies to have a proper system of communication

00:32so that the public can be quickly alerted to the possible effects of the calamity.

00:36Especially, the judgment of the authorities is always based on the movement of the citizens.

00:42The DPWH and DOTR were also ordered to stand by for the possible clearing operations

00:47and was warned that the private companies' vehicles should be ready to help

00:51as part of the Build Better More program of the government.

00:55The executive board also said that the government agencies should be alerted to the rescue equipment

01:01so that they can help in the upcoming rescue operations.

01:04They should also be around the clock in monitoring the rivers and other sources of water

01:09while following the protocols in the dams in case there is a potential storm.

01:16The President also urged relief goods to be placed in a safe place

01:19so that they can be immediately distributed to those affected by the storm.

01:22He also thanked the healthcare workers who are already on duty

01:27to give medical attention to those in need.

01:30The President also reminded them of the importance of being prepared and careful

01:35because he believes that every life is important.
