00:00Voters in the seven swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin,
00:08Nevada and Arizona proved to be the key to the November 5th U.S. presidential race to
00:14the White House.
00:15Projections by major U.S. media outlets showed that most of the battleground states were
00:20won by Republican candidate Donald Trump, who went on to be elected as the next president.
00:27I voted for Donald J. Trump because I want incredible safety and prosperity for these
00:32United States.
00:33I voted for Kamala Harris because I believe she has a vision for the future.
00:37She has a plan.
00:38She cares.
00:39She's a kind person.
00:41Obviously, having them both here yesterday on the eve of the election shows that Pennsylvania
00:46is extremely important for this election.
00:49And that's, again, why I'm here early.
00:51Gosh, the decisions that we're trying to make about what's going to happen with our kids,
00:56our families, our country.
00:59Do we want any law and order?
01:01Do we want any semblance of sanity?
01:04Yeah, I'll take a guy that's a little brash and outspoken over the insanity.
01:10That's the alternative.
01:12In Michigan, voters kept a close eye on the results at a watch party.
01:17I voted for Trump.
01:19I am feeling very anxious about the results coming in.
01:25I just want what's best for our country and for our people, and I pray really hard every
01:30day that whoever is in charge is going to do what's best for everyone, not just the
01:38select few.
01:39So, I'm anxious to see who wins and how they're going to enact that and just praying for peace.
01:48At press time, media outlets all projected Trump to win the election after taking a solid
01:53276 to 223 lead against rival Kamala Harris of the Democratic Party.
02:02Trump has surpassed the 270 threshold of the electoral votes needed to win.
