00:23We've not yet seen these troops deploy into combat against Ukrainian forces, but we would

00:28expect that to happen in the coming days.

00:32Russia has been training DPRK soldiers in artillery, UAVs, basic infantry operations,

00:38including trench clearing, indicating that they fully intend to use these forces in frontline

00:44operations.

00:46Should these troops engage in combat or combat support operations against Ukraine, they would

00:52become legitimate military targets.
