00:04the best little snack you've ever made. So we're making onion patties or what I like to call

00:08onion puppies because this is like the marriage between hush puppies and onion rings and you're

00:14gonna love this and they're easy quick and fast and just perfect crunchy pillows of onion and dough

00:20and fried goods. Okay come on. Into your dry mix we're gonna add in our chopped onions, then

00:25the secret weapon buttermilk. We're gonna add in two cups. Then this is the texture you want to

00:29see so let's get frying. So you're gonna drop and scoop but the trick to getting these like perfect

00:33and round is you're gonna use the back of a spoon and kind of flatten them out and they're gonna

00:37cook and crisp perfectly around the edges and they're like perfect little coins of just onion

00:42and dough and crispiness. It's delicious. That crunch. Let's try the dip.
