00:06received in the Great British Food Awards, the ONI Gold Awards for the bacon issued by

00:13Druve Baker and the ONI Gold in the Regional Speciality from Michel Roux Jr. for our traditional

00:20black pudding which we've been making and winning awards since 1998 to the same recipe

00:28and it's actually been taken through Germany and won in Germany three times. We've won

00:33major awards at the meat management this year in their charcuterie category as the ONI black

00:39pudding to get a highly commended and a finalist from all of the people around the country

00:46from mass manufacturers to small independent retailers like we are. So for us this is another

00:52massive achievement and this year it's actually over 24 awards that we've picked up in the

00:5812 months.
