00:00Yesterday, the North Luzon Expressway started the No Roadworks, No Lane Closures Policy

00:05so that motorists can travel more easily in the city of Undaz.

00:09Starting today, NLEX has free towing services.

00:18Ace, today, it is expected that there will be a build-up of vehicles here in the North Luzon Expressway

00:24because of the construction of Undaz 2024.

00:28But at this point, the traffic is still wide

00:32even though there is a sudden build-up of vehicles here in the area of Balintawaktol Plaza.

00:41Past 5 in the morning, there were people traveling here in the province in the North Luzon Expressway

00:48including public buses and private vehicles.

00:53But now, there is a sudden build-up of vehicles here in Balintawaktol Plaza.

01:09This is due to the increasing number of motorists.

01:13According to NLEX Traffic Operations Head Robin Ignacio,

01:16starting today, October 31, their free towing services for Class 1 vehicles will be effective.

01:24This will last until Monday, November 4.

01:27This is part of their quick response to avoid heavy traffic.

01:33Yesterday, NLEX also started the No Roadworks No Lane Closures Policy

01:38so that motorists can travel more easily.

01:43At this point, you can see that the traffic is still wide

01:47here in the area of Balintawaktol Plaza in NLEX.

01:51But the management of NLEX reminds us to be patient

01:56if there will be a build-up of vehicles later.

02:00I will just mention that because there is a typhoon in the country,

02:04which is a super typhoon,

02:06NLEX expects that the number of passengers will decrease because they will avoid the typhoon.
