00:00Super Typhoon Leon continues to hit the extreme northern Luzon.

00:07Signal No. 5 has been elevated in several places in Batanes.

00:10We will update you on the weather situation with the weather specialist, Ms. Lori de la Cruz.

00:17Good morning to our countrymen.

00:20At the moment, the wind is very strong in the northern portion of Batanes.

00:32Actually, Signal No. 5 has been elevated there.

00:35This means that this is our highest warning in terms of wind impact.

00:39The wind is very strong in a large part of Batanes.

00:45Signal No. 4 is in the remaining part of Batanes.

00:48Signal No. 3 is in the northern portion of Baboyan Islands.

00:51Signal No. 2 is in the remaining part of Baboyan Islands.

00:59Signal No. 1 is in the remaining part of Isabela, Quirino, and northern central portions of Nueva Vizcaya.

01:09Signal No. 1 is in Abra, Calimga, Mountain Province, Ipogao, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and northern central portions of Aurora.

01:17In the places that we have mentioned, we are still advising the people to be extra careful.

01:25We are hoping that they will stay in their establishments.

01:31For our forecast, in the remaining part of our country, here in Metro Manila,

01:39it will be cloudy and light to moderate things because of the strong draft.
