00:10for the time being, the Provincial Passes at EDSA are allowed to pass.

00:15It started yesterday, October 29, and it will last until 5 in the morning on November 4, which is Monday.

00:24Under this, the Provincial Passes from North Luzon are allowed to stop at terminals in Cubao and Quezon City,

00:32while those from Southern Tagalog are allowed to stop at PITX and Pasay City only.
