00:08let's find out the latest update on the storm from the weather specialist, Rob Hilye.

00:16Good afternoon to all of our viewers.

00:19This is the latest update on the storm Leon that continues to hit the northern part of Luzon.

00:27Just at 8 in the morning, this became a super typhoon.

00:31And at 10 in the morning, this is the last sighting.

00:34It is 350 kilometers away from Calayan, Cagayan.

00:39When it hits, the strongest wind reaches 185 kilometers per hour.

00:45In the middle, there are storms that reach 230 kilometers per hour.

00:50So the storm we are watching is really strong.

00:53Due to the slow movement of the storm,

00:55the wind direction is north-south, at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour.

01:00At the moment, the area of the wind that is blowing is 600 kilometers.

01:07The strong wind is still blowing.

01:09Because of this storm, the signal number 3 is high.

01:12There are three typhoons in Batanes,

01:58and in the northern part of Catanduanes.

02:02Meanwhile,

02:03aside from the strong winds,
