00:31na nakabasi sa Old Digaspi Airport, Digaspi City.

00:35Ang ating Bicol Region ay isa sa mga tumulong ko sa atin during the Yolanda efforts.

00:41And we are here to give back, pay back sa mga naging tulong na nila sa atin previously

00:46from all the disasters we have experienced in the past.

00:49Ang Eastern Visayas RDRMC ay binuo ng may 287 personnel

00:54na galing sa OCD, BFP, PCG, BNP, Maritime Police, FID Emergency Response Company, DICT, at City Government ng Ormoc.

01:04Sa ngayon patuloy operasyon ng Eastern Visayas RDRMC team upang magbigay ng tulong sa mga lugar sa Bicol Region,

01:11particular sa Cavarinesur, kung saan may malaking pinsalang narulot ang Bagyong Kristen.
