The Philadelphia DA is asking a state judge to shut down Elon Musk's $1 million giveaway to registered voters, calling it an "illegal lottery scheme".

00:28personal identifying information and make a political pledge in exchange for

00:34the chance to win 1 million dollars. That is a lottery and it is indisputably an

00:39unlawful lottery. No comment yet from Musk nor his America PAC. The Department

00:46of Justice has also warned that the giveaway might break federal election

00:50law.
