00:31In the aftermath of the Christine Tsunami,

00:35the land behind a house in Gandara, Samar, is slowly collapsing.

00:39The house is completely destroyed, but no one has been hurt.

00:45Because of the heavy rain,

00:47the children of Marina Sur in Naga City have no choice

00:51but to raise their grandmother's coffin near the roof.

00:58because his grandfather can no longer take care of his wife.

01:08In Minalabak, a senior citizen was helped after having a hard time breathing.

01:18In the latest report of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council or NDRMC,

01:23more than 116 people were killed by the flood.

01:29Thirty people were lost while another 100 were injured.

01:34Almost 1.6 million families or almost 7 million individuals were affected.

01:39In that number, almost 1 million people need to be rescued.

01:44In the first place, the Pensalas Agriculture will reach more than 3.1 billion pesos

01:49due to the large number of flooded and damaged crops in the province of Cagayan.

01:58to cross this river that is now a sea because of the flood.

02:02More than 152,000 metric tons of damaged rice,

02:07more than 1,000 metric tons of corn,

02:09and more than 6,000 metric tons of other high-value crops were not saved.

02:14The Pensalas of Baguio-Christine was left with a large infrastructure

02:18that is estimated to reach 1.5 billion pesos.

02:21That includes more than 3,000 houses that were totally damaged

02:25and more than 40,000 houses that were partially damaged.

02:30More than 600 roads and almost 100 bridges were not saved
