Man retrieves phone from algae-covered lake using his toes

This is the bizarre moment a man retrieved his phone from a lake - using only his foot.

Yi Fan was crossing a small bridge when he accidentally dropped his phone into the Qingshan Lake in Hangzhou, China, on October 19.

The phone quickly vanished beneath the green blanket of algae covering the lake.

And with no way of seeing its exact location, Yi Fan grasped the bridge’s railing and lowered one foot into the murky depths.

Incredibly, Yi Fan was able to locate the phone and bring it to the surface using only his toes.
