00:00Shaun, last few weeks some of the players that have come to the fore during difficult situations are actually young.

00:06Michael Keane today is better, perhaps some of the more unsung or unlikely heroes within the squad.

00:11That must be quite pleasing to see that you've got that.

00:13Yeah, but you've got to remember, you're only unsung and unlikely from the outside.

00:16You know, the players respect him, I certainly do.

00:19No surprise to me, young is form, because he's evidently as tough a player as I've ever seen.

00:23I told you that at the beginning of the season when he was getting questions.

00:25I said, no drama, he understands the nature of the game.

00:28He understands if he's not playing well, he gets a bit.

00:30And he understands when he's playing well, at least just respect him, which I do.

00:33So do the players, and I think the fans do deep down as well.

00:36Keane is another one. He played for England, he's a very good player.

00:39It's just that, you know, question marks occur.

00:42That's the way it goes, but I thought he did well again tonight.

00:45Beto's learning and developing.

00:47Every time people get asked a question, I remind the players, it's part of your career.

00:51You're a professional sportsman.

00:53That's why I keep telling them.

00:55Everyone wants to be a footballer.

00:56Every young player wants to be a footballer.

00:58I said in the past, it was a professional footballer.

01:00That's the difference, it's a profession.

01:02That's the bit you've got to learn.

01:03And then guys have learned that, and sometimes you get the hard bit,

01:06and sometimes you get the easy bit.

01:07But whatever you do, you've got to come through it and build your own resilience

01:10as well as a team resilience.

01:12And we're on our way to building that team resilience again.

01:15It's been there before, it's come away, and then we're building it again now.
