00:00For me, and for all of our hosts,
00:07it's hard to be happy when you're going through something.
00:10But we were able to commit here on Showtime.
00:13We can't give up, we can't cry or be sad.
00:16We need to make them happy because that's our job, that's our purpose.
00:20So, sometimes, the problem is heavy.
00:26I'm guilty. I'm a very busy person.
00:29Sometimes, I can't even say hi to my family, my siblings, my nephews.
00:34There's no bonding because I'm so busy.
00:38I don't know, maybe I have problems.
00:41But I still need to go to Showtime to make them happy.
00:44But what's important is to be strong.
00:49Let's be strong in all our problems.
00:52Because like I said, not everyone who smiles is happy.
00:56The strongest and the weakest inside.
01:00So, this is not just a performance.
01:03It's an advocacy.
01:05It's an advocacy because this month is World Mental Health Month.
01:11So, the green scarf earlier, the symbolism is
01:17I care for your mental health.
01:20So, that's what the green scarf is giving to Jackie and Sian.
01:24So, we want to thank all our friends,
01:29the artists, the people who came here when we called
01:35to explain that they really experienced
01:38depression, stress, anxiety.

01:49In life,
01:51we're always given experiences that we don't expect.
01:56I grew up with two siblings on the autism spectrum.
02:01I also experienced it.
02:03In this industry, there's always bashing.
02:06You're always scrutinized.
02:07When you're on the pageant stage, we know that
02:10we are some of the most passionate fans.
02:12But that doesn't mean that we're not affected inside.
02:16Which is why mental health, autism acceptance, awareness,
02:20it's a lifelong mission for me.
02:22And that's why during this month, just like what you said,
02:25it is World Mental Health Awareness Month.
02:28It's so important now more than ever
02:30that we are expressing how important it is to stick together.
02:35Because we all go through something
02:38and we don't know what others are going through.
02:41Especially to our brothers and sisters that were affected
02:45yesterday and the last few days in Typhoon Christine.
02:49I hope you know that seeking for help
02:51is not a sign of weakness,
02:53but it is a sign of ultimate strength.
02:56Because we can do it all,
02:58as long as you know that you're not alone.
03:01And there's always someone ready to help you.
03:07Life is hard, but life is also beautiful.
03:11And we just have to let others in.
03:14We have to let the light inside of us
03:16come out and shine through.
03:19Because the Philippines is so beautiful.
03:22We just have to, thank you.
03:25We just have to stick together
03:27when we have to help each other through.
03:29Big or small, we can do it.
