00:11Christine. However, agencies that provide basic health services and disaster response will continue

00:18to operate as usual. Local leaders may decide to cancel or suspend work and classes in their

00:24areas based on local conditions. Suspension of work in private companies and offices

00:30is left to the discretion of the respective heads.
