00:54This is one of our historical, wonderful cities in the Volga region.

01:03I warmly recall your July visit to Moscow and the fruitful talks with you.

01:10We regularly exchange information by telephone.

01:12I am grateful that you responded to our invitation and personally came to the city of Kazan for

01:20the BRICS Summit.

01:23We will take part in the opening ceremony of the summit together.

01:26Then, the leaders will have a conversation over dinner.

01:30And thus, we will begin our work in Kazan.

01:36We must make a number of decisions aimed at further improving the activities of the Association

01:41and strengthening multifaceted cooperation within its framework.

01:48We have such relations, that I believe, that you understand everything without translation.

01:54And we greatly value our cooperation in this area, I mean, that our state stood at the

02:01origins of the creation of the Association.

02:05Russian-Indian relations are characterized by a special privileged strategic partnership

02:09and continue to develop actively.

02:12Interaction between legislative bodies is strengthening.

02:15Our foreign ministers are in constant contact.

02:18Trade turnover is in good condition.

02:20And the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission is scheduled for November 12 in

02:24New Delhi.

02:26Large projects are developing consistently.

02:29And we welcome your decision to open the Consulate General of India in Kazan.

02:33Expanding the diplomatic presence of India and Russia will contribute to the further

02:37development of bilateral relations.

02:39Esteemed Mr. Prime Minister, we are very glad to see you and your entire representative

02:46team in Russia.

02:48Your Excellency, first of all, allow me to thank you from the bottom of my heart for

02:55your friendship, for your warm and cordial hospitality.

02:59I am glad that I was lucky enough to come to Kazan, to such a beautiful city, to participate

03:07in the BRICS Summit.

03:10India has deep historical ties with this city.

03:14And after the opening of the Consulate General of India in this city, our relations will

03:19become even stronger.

03:21Your Excellency, this is my second visit to Russia in the last three months.

03:28And this is a testament to the close coordination and strong friendship between our countries.

03:32In July, in Moscow, as you rightly mentioned, we held a bilateral summit.

03:38And thanks to our discussions, our cooperation in all areas has strengthened.

03:42Your Excellency, you have successfully led the BRICS Association since the beginning

03:47of the year 4, which I would like to congratulate you.

03:52Over the last 15 years of its existence, our BRICS Association has created a special image

03:58for itself.

04:00And today, many countries of the world want to join our Association.

04:04I look forward to our discussions within the BRICS framework tomorrow.

04:08Your Excellency, regarding the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, we are in regular

04:16contact.

04:17As I said before, we believe that problems should be resolved peacefully.

04:24And we fully support the earliest possible establishment of peace and stability.

04:28In all our efforts, we give priority to humanity, and we are ready to provide any possible assistance

04:36in the future.
