00:00So, I was 220 before the show, then when we filmed I was 175, so I think it was like 45-ish
00:06pounds.
00:07And then now I'm around 145, so I think it's 75 pounds total.
00:10So, I think it's a lot of just like feeling better about myself and a little bit of revenge,
00:15you know, but, um, no, um, I think when you watch the show, it was already on like a journey.
00:23And so I've just always struggled with my weight my whole entire life, whether I was
00:27skinny or whether I was heavier, I just, I just had problems.
00:32I like to eat.
00:33I like to binge eat.
00:34Like, I don't like working out.
00:35So it's been issues, but like during COVID, I gained a lot of weight, like a lot of people
00:38did and I was just hate, not hating myself, but I was just feeling sorry for myself and
00:44never did anything about it essentially.
00:46And then I think like, I was like, I'm going to lose some weight.
00:49So I started like running, which I don't run.
00:50I was like running, I was really watching what I ate.
00:53And then, so I think before, like my heaviest, I was around like 220, like after COVID.
00:59And then I got down to like 175 before the show.
01:02And, um, I had gotten liposuction to like, um, maybe a year, year and a half before the
01:07show.
01:08And I got like abdomen and my neck, cause I was like, these are things that I don't
01:12like let's change them.
01:13But I think during the show, you couldn't really tell because I still had like that
01:15weight.
01:16And then after the show, like, um, I was just like, okay, I do love myself, but I do think
01:22I could be like fitter and healthier.
01:24And like, there's just a certain, like I can be better and feel better.
01:27And so I started eating cleaner and just watching eating more close to what I eat.
01:31Cause I'm one of those people when I have a lot of anxiety too, I eat like, I don't
01:34like I'm stressed.
01:35I don't like not eat.
01:36I like eat to like cope.
01:38And so after the show, I've realized a lot of things.
01:40So I got on an anxiety medication, which I think really helped me, um, because I don't
01:43have as much anxiety.
01:44I'm not like anxiously eating.
01:46Um, and then I tried Ozempic, I think in the spring it was like the generic version.
01:53I don't know what it's called, but I tried it for like two weeks, maybe.
01:56And for me, unfortunately, it just made me too sick.
02:00It made me nauseous.
02:01It made me want to vomit.
02:02I couldn't eat food.
02:03And so I was like, I'd rather be heavier than do this, but I think it's an amazing thing.
02:06And if it didn't make me sick, I definitely would have took it, but I just couldn't.
02:10And so you just have to do a little fashion way.
02:11So I don't like working out though.
02:13Like I said, I don't like running.
02:14So I'll go to Pilates every now and then I'll move.
02:16I have severe OCD, so like I clean a lot, which is kind of like exercise.
02:23And then, um, I just, just watch and just like, I eat till I'm hungry.
02:27Like it's nothing, this crazy thing that I've done.
02:29I just am more cautious and also I'm a lot happier.
02:33And I think that really helps.
02:34So I got, um, like when I said on the show, I hadn't got anything done to my face.
02:38I got my body.
02:39So I think like a year and a half before I got liposuction, it was my lower abdomen,
02:42my back and my neck.
02:43And it was like the liposuction where you're awake.
02:45It's crazy.
02:46Yeah, it was weird.
02:47Um, so that was that and that was like fine.
02:50And then I hadn't got anything ever done to my face.
02:52I think previously I'd gotten hair extensions before, but post show back in June, I got
02:56a syringe in my lips.
02:58I got Botox in my forehead and then I got hair extensions.
03:01I think it's a great thing.
03:02And I think like if women want to hide that, I think it's totally fine because it's their
03:06body.
03:07If they don't want to talk about, they don't have to, but people who do talk about it,
03:09it's fine too, because it's just like, it's okay.
03:12Like I like it.
03:13And like, absolutely.
03:15100% like I'm not afraid to do it, but that's all I've gotten done.
03:18I haven't got anything like crazy done, but yeah, I'm very open to it because I think
03:23for me when I watch people on TV and stuff like the Kardashians, for example, and you're
03:27like, Oh my God, these beauty standards are just like, I could never, it's like, well,
03:30they've got a lot of things done and that's why.
03:32And yes, my face probably like the weight loss, I think changed my face a lot, but my
03:38lips wouldn't look like this or I would have wrinkles on my forehead and my hair is not
03:41this luscious.
03:42It's, it's fake stuff.
03:43It is.
