00:00The Office of Civil Defense is now implementing the Charlie Protocol or the highest emergency protocol in some regions of the country

00:08in accordance with the possible effects of Hurricane Christine.

00:11According to the OCD, including the Cordillera Administrative Region, Region 2, 3, 5, 8, Calabarzon, and Mimaropa

00:21which is considered a high-risk area in case of an emergency,

00:26the OCD is also implementing the Bravo Protocol which has the right emergency in Region 1

00:31and in the Moro Autonomous Region in Maslim, Mindanao or BARMM.

00:35Meanwhile, the Alpha Protocol is being implemented in the National Capital Region, Region 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, and Caraga

00:44where there is a low possibility of an emergency.
