00:00Two weeks in, I was on my knees, and I had to say to the head of Radio 2.

00:04So there was something that happened that triggered.

00:08If I was covering for Zoe on Radio 2, I used to cover for her on Breakfast.

00:12Knowing that I had that the next day, I definitely wouldn't sleep.

00:15And I'd be catastrophizing all night.

00:16Catastrophizing.

00:17And I can do it with my eyes closed.

00:19Like, I know how that show works.

00:21I love doing it when I'm there.

00:22But the level of catastrophizing would give me these big adrenaline rushes,

00:27and then I would just be awake all night.

00:29And it got to the point where, you know, two weeks in, I was on my knees,

00:33and I had to say to the head of Radio 2,

00:36I love doing this show so much, and I could do it with such ease.

00:40But the night before is torture, and I can't do it to myself anymore.

00:44And it was horrible saying that.

00:45I wanted to do the job, but I couldn't do it.

00:48And I still couldn't do it now.

00:49There's no way.
