Hurricane Helene's impact on Jonathan's home was unmistakable, but that didn’t stop him from being grateful for surviving the disaster.

"In this clip, I return to my flood-damaged apartment for the last time, raising a 'toast' to my good fortune at escaping a natural disaster with my life," Jonathan told WooGlobe.

The quick glimpses of the property show it’s in no condition for anyone to live in.

"Things can always get worse," he added.

I’m sorry. But as someone else who didn’t “die in a flood” this isn’t cool. Yeah, you may have lost SOME stuff, but I know people who have lost EVERYTHING. I’m in Hoopers Creek fyi.
