Blackpool coach shares thoughts on Josh Onomah

Blackpool assistant Steve Agnew shares his views on what Josh Onomah can produce for the Seasiders following his debut for the club.

00:00Josh, when you felt he was ready for his debut, did the friendly against Preston in the international break do him a lot of good?

00:05It did, yeah. He played 80 minutes against Preston and he was terrific.

00:09He played really well and having discussions with Josh, he feels he's there now, he's up to speed.

00:15So, yeah, let's see how he goes.

00:18Is that a good different option to have in midfield, if he can get himself fully fit and be available week in, week out?

00:23Yeah, it is because Josh's football has been Premier League, Championship.

00:29So he has that quality, he's strong, he's technically a very good footballer.

00:34He can play a number of positions across midfield.

00:37So it'll be a bonus for us going into this heavy fixture competition.
