00:05to the Office of the City Prosecutor in Cagayan de Oro City,

00:08Yang Jian Xin, also known as Tony Yang and Antonio Lim and Tony Lim,

00:14for the cases of falsification of public documents,

00:17perjury and violation of Commonwealth Act No. 142 or Anti-Alias Law.

00:22Jian Xin is the brother of the former Presidential Economic Advisor,

00:26Michael Yang, who was arrested in Naia Terminal 3 on September 19

00:31for being an undesirable alien.

00:33He is also facing investigation related to human trafficking

00:36and other illegal activities of POGO in the country.
