00:26For this reason, we are providing the highest level of support to the STR and the Asas Rahma Foundation.

00:34I would like to announce that this year, the Asas Rahma Sarang Program for the poor

00:41and the STR will receive the highest level of support in the history of 13 billion ringgit.

00:50This will benefit 9 million recipients, or 60% of the country's adult population.

00:5841 million STR recipients will receive a monthly salary of 100 ringgit,

01:06compared to 700,000 previous recipients.

01:10The assistance will be credited in MyCard.

01:13Recipients starting in April 2025 will be paid to buy basic necessities,

01:19such as drinks, medicines, school supplies, etc.

01:24And 600 markets will be provided together in this area.

01:29The category of the poor will not be left out.

01:32They will receive an STR of 600 ringgit.

01:36This is an increase of 3 billion ringgit.

01:43The maximum level of support is accepted.

01:45This means that the cost of housing will increase to 4,600 ringgit.

01:53We recognize and continue to hear complaints about the cost of living.

02:00Meanwhile, we take economic policy measures,

02:03which is to increase the allocation and maximum level of financial assistance

02:08that has been provided by the government.

04:08The poorest family will receive a minimum allowance of 1,100 ringgit per month

04:19Our responsibility is to ensure that there is no corruption.

04:23Therefore, JKM, ICU and JPM must work together with all ministries

04:30to double the efforts to verify the poverty of the poor.
