00:21By the time I was an adult, I had a 55 degree cob angle to my spine.

00:26Caused the muscles in my left arm to be in a constant state of contraction.

00:30That was very painful.

00:32My left shoulder was 10 inches higher than my right.

00:34Caused my right arm to dangle.

00:36My chest was twisted.

00:38And my ribs stuck out.

00:43That must have been awful.

00:45It wasn't great.

00:47And it hurt a lot.

01:02But that fueled my anger.

01:05I learned to solve conflict using strategy.

01:11But there's not much you can do about pity and revulsion.

01:39My spine just getting more and more twisted until it finally compromised my lungs.
