Alright, big changes happening in the National Football League.
00:09
This week only a couple of teams on bye, but still, we have a few holes that need to be
00:16
plugged in terms of fantasy football.
00:18
So, let's go through the waiver wire, shall we?
00:21
Our quarterback this week is Andy Dalton, he'll be facing Washington, had a decent
00:26
bounce back last week.
00:27
I think we saw that there are limitations with Andy Dalton.
00:30
If his team isn't, if you're facing a good defense, his team isn't good enough and he's
00:35
not good enough to, you know, overcome that.
00:38
But, if Andy Dalton is going out there and facing bad defenses, which I would categorize
00:43
Washington as, then, hey, look at this, Andy Dalton has some fantasy value.
00:46
And so I think this week will be a good week for Dalton, for Deontay Johnson, and even
00:51
a little bit for Xavier Leguette, who didn't make the waiver wire list here, but I do think
00:54
is a, if you're desperate move, for sure.
00:58
Coming in at wide receiver, we do have Darius Slayton, 33% owned, they'll be facing Philadelphia,
01:03
which is not a matchup that scares you, and he has had 11 targets in back-to-back weeks.
01:08
Now, we'll see what happens with Malik Neighbors, but I do think that there are going to be
01:12
some opportunities for Darius Slayton, regardless of Neighbors' status.
01:17
We may have forgotten, the last time we saw Juju Smith-Schuster out on the field, he was
01:21
ripping it up, and we probably just saw his last game, but he is still only 33% owned,
01:26
and I think he has the potential to get some pretty good volume and kind of help this offense
01:31
move forward.
01:32
So, I think that Juju Smith-Schuster still has fantasy football value and still should
01:36
be picked up.
01:37
Rashad Bateman, at 11% owned, 12 targets, 8 receptions the last two games, facing up
01:42
a, sorry, facing a Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense that gives up a lot of fantasy points, so
01:48
I think you can, I think that he is even someone you would probably consider starting
01:54
this week.
01:55
We're not missing a ton of great wide receivers, I don't think, from a fantasy standpoint,
01:59
but he is someone that, if injuries have been a thing, or whatever, I think he can plug
02:03
into the lineup.
02:04
And then Demario Douglas has repeated 9 targets and 6 receptions in each of the last two games,
02:09
they're facing a Jacksonville defense that is a struggle, and I think they are going
02:15
to be able to prop this thing up and kind of get this thing moving.
02:21
And you saw last, like, the difference between 9 receptions and 2 targets two weeks ago with
02:25
Brissette and this week was, I think, like, 40 extra yards and a touchdown.
02:31
I do think that Drake May worked through some shit in that first half, but is now starting
02:37
to get a little bit comfortable as that second half went on and starting to understand some
02:41
things.
02:42
So, I think in Jacksonville, I think there is going to be some options for Demario Douglas
02:46
to go off this week.
02:47
At running back, Tyler Algier, you're kind of chasing it a little bit.
02:51
He has the really big game for Atlanta.
02:54
Even without the big explosions, though, he has had the opportunities, and we've kind
02:57
of been talking about that for a little bit.
02:59
Facing a Seattle defense that's just okay, at 30% owned, it's a good add.
03:03
This one is a bit more of a volume one, and it's also a bit of a monitor as the week goes
03:06
on, but Ty Chandler, 28% owned.
03:09
If Aaron Jones is out, then I think Chandler gets a lot of pretty good volume, even though
03:13
it is a tougher matchup against Detroit, so that one is a bit more of a, if you are desperate.
03:18
At tight end, it's Colby Parkinson, 16% owned, he's against the Raiders, so why not?
03:23
And on defense, it is New Orleans.
03:26
Going up against Denver, Bo Nix on a short week, um, I think that Dennis Allen will be
03:30
able to game plan some stuff up.
03:32
Bo Nix comes out of Sunday with a pretty good day, but that was, a lot of that was garbage
03:37
time.
03:38
So, going up against another good defense in New Orleans, I think he kind of gets limited
03:42
there.
03:43
So, those are the fantasy football waiver-wire options for the week.
03:47
If you guys ever have any fantasy football questions, and you're watching live, let me

know in the chat, or if you're watching after, put them in the comments in the YouTube video,
03:55
and we'll either answer them at the time, or in the next video, or honestly, probably
04:00
both.
