MP for Boston and Skegness Richard Tice had a river trip on the Boston Belle to check  out the Boston Barrier after concerns were raised as to whether it is enough to stop flooding in these changing climes.

00:10rates right and got the design right. A lot of worries about this. Flooding in Boston,

00:16around Boston, big issue. We've got to get it right. I'm talking to some constituents,

00:22real experts, who are very, very concerned. And my question is, have the Environment Agency got

00:27this right or wrong? The consensus here is they've got it wrong.
