00:05According to the Department of Migrant Workers, the repatriates received Php 75,000 of financial assistance
00:13from the DMW Action Fund and additional Php 75,000 from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration or OWA.
00:21They also received Php 20,000 of livelihood assistance from DSWD and skills training from TESDA.
00:30According to the DMW, the total number of OFWs and 28 dependents arrived in the country from Lebanon
00:41due to the ongoing chaos there.
00:44It is also expected that more OFWs will arrive from Lebanon due to the government's strong push
00:51to send back the Filipinos to ensure their safety amid rising tensions between Israel and Hezbollah.
