00:10The document, delivered by the sectorial vice-president of planning, Ricardo Menéndez,
00:15considers the approval of more than 514 million dollars allocated to a variety of initiatives,
00:21social programmes and plans of the national executive to strengthen the country's production.
00:26The text is expected to be submitted to the National Assembly during the second week of December
00:32for its discussion and approval.
