00:00So let's say you want to go ahead and then generate out a formula for
00:09Microsoft Excel. So Copilot can be handy for generating the Excel formulas that
00:15you don't know. Let's say for example I'm simply going to go around and say this
00:20I am going to enter a MOX in Excel sheet cell A1. Write a formula so
00:33that the MOX I entered gets converted into grade right here just like
00:44this. So if I were to go around and do that then what happens is that it'll
00:47simply give me the grade right here. So you can see that I didn't mention like
00:54for which MOX how much grade is to be assigned but it simply goes around and
00:59then gives me this formula where above 90 is A and then above 80 is B above 70
01:04is C above 60 is D. If you want to be specific you can do that as well but
01:09let's just go around and say do add conditions to add A plus A minus minus B
01:20plus B minus and so forth as well. So let's just go around over here and do
01:27that then what happens is that it'll simply go ahead and give me that formula
01:31right here. So now you can see that I got A plus A A minus B plus B B minus C plus
01:38C minus D plus D D minus and so forth as you can see right here. Let me just go
01:43ahead and copy out this formula right here and I'm going to go around onto my
01:47Excel sheet right here. So it's taking A1 as the cell reference so I can simply go
01:53around and paste this anywhere and then right now it's F because the MOX is not
01:57entered but if I were to go around and enter 55 it just goes around and in A1
02:03right here. So let's just go around and see now it's still F because above 6
02:08above 60 is only POSMOX. So 65 is D as you can see right here. 75 is a C right
02:14here. So let's go for 80 right here that's a B minus and then 85 right here
02:19that's B and then let's go for 89 right here that's a B plus and let's go for
02:2499 right here that's an A plus. 94 is an A and so forth as you can see
02:30right here and this is how you can utilize Microsoft Copilot to generate
02:35Excel formulas for you easily. So hope you found this video useful so be sure
