00:30Neither is it in the records of Hongsheng-slash-Zunyuan or its lesser Baofu, which is owned by dismissed
00:36Bamban mayor Alice Guo.
00:38But PAOC says Liu Dong has built an extensive network of scam farms since 2016 and has been
00:44under surveillance for eight months.
00:46Beyond Central Luzon, Liu Dong is said to operate across Metro Manila, Ilocos Sur, and
00:52Cebu.
00:53He is one of 13 Chinese nationals caught in the Binan operation.
