00:21A barangay guard in Iloilo City was shocked when he discovered that the lock of a bills payment machine was broken.
00:32The investigation concluded that more than Php 300,000 in cash was stolen from inside the machine.
00:40The two suspects were arrested without a statement.

01:10In Iloilo City, a driver of a modern jeep was arrested for stealing a temporary operator's permit issued by a traffic enforcer due to violation of the Traffic Law.
01:26According to the traffic enforcer, the modern jeep stopped at a stoplight for passengers to ride, even if it's not a loading and unloading area.
01:36When the driver was stopped, he gave the driver's license and got away with the temporary operator's permit.
