00:03This part of the road turned white and looks like a river in the Buayagan, Latinidad, Benguet yesterday.

00:09It was a result of a strong downpour that lasted for 40 minutes.

00:14Some vehicles were stranded but others were still trying to cross.

00:19According to the forecast, thunderstorms were the reason for the rain in some parts of the country earlier.
