00:00Meanwhile, the PNP-CIDG admitted that they had a hard time finding Attorney Harry Roque, who was being arrested by the camera after being cited in contempt.

00:08He quickly turned around when he was about to be stabbed. Chino Gaston was stabbed.

00:19It's been a month since the former Presidential Spokesperson Attorney Harry Roque was arrested by the Quad Committee of the Camera

00:25after being cited in contempt on September 12 because he did not submit documents related to the investigation in Pogo sa Bansa.

00:33But until now, it is still not known where Roque is.

00:37The PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group is having a hard time finding him

00:42because he quickly turned around whenever he was about to be stabbed by the police.

00:48When we found out, he usually turned around.

00:55We were able to counter him.

00:58In the middle, there were strong leaders of the police who were able to find Roque.

01:05We cannot divulge the exact location since he was also waiting for us to pinpoint where he is.

01:15There's a chance for him to transfer from this place to another place.

01:20According to the Bureau of Immigration, there is no hold departure order against Roque but he is on the immigration watch list.

01:27We will not allow hold departure.

01:30If lookout bulletin, we have to coordinate with the agency that issued the asking for the lookout

01:38so that we can give a notice on which state to leave or not.

01:42According to the new DILG Secretary, Secretary John B. Cremonia,

01:46he asked Roque to give a notice on what will be the next act of contempt order against him.

01:53He has not broken any laws but he is cited for contempt by the Senate.

01:58So in that case, he cannot be considered a fugitive but rather as a person of interest that has to show up.

02:06I have no message for him.

02:08I think it's enough that he knows what he's up against.

02:14We are trying to get Roque to give a statement on his social media accounts,

02:18but he has no answer to our questions.

02:21Although the police cannot find him, Roque continues to post videos on his social media page.

02:27Yesterday, he gave his opinion regarding the personalities who filed their Certificates of Candidacy in the 2025 elections.
