00:23PBA Partylist Representative Attorney Migs Nograles was the first to arrive to receive the COMELEC in Davao City.

00:29This is for her to receive her Certificate of Candidacy as a member of the 1st District of the City.

00:35According to Congresswoman Nograles, they will continue the programs started by her family.
