00:04While the tropical depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility

00:09is still entering the country.

00:11Northeasterly surface wind flow

00:13or the wind blowing from the north-east

00:15is affecting the extreme northern Luzon.

00:18Even so, it's a clear time that the whole country will experience today.

00:23But it's still expected that it will rain

00:25up to cloudy skies.

00:27There will be sudden rainfalls in Batanes and Baboyan Islands

00:31due to the northeasterly surface wind flow.

00:34Here in Metro Manila,

00:35even in Visayas and Mindanao,

00:37there is an effect of localized thunderstorms.

00:40The sun rose at 5.47 in the morning

00:43and will set later at 5.40 in the afternoon.
