00:15We've been making our own guns, our own bullets, our own radios. We even manufactured our own rockets. We call them bong-bong rockets.
00:28So, we are very happy with the passage of this law, with the signing of the law by the President this morning, because we are given hope that our defense industry will improve.
00:42And therefore, we will be able to modernize our Armed Forces more effectively and faster because we need to modernize right away.
