00:06actually lies a very spooky history. I've been speaking to locals about the

00:12phenomenon the poltergeist that is known locally as FRED.

00:17I've never seen anything or heard anything from outside but I have worked in there many years ago when it was supposed to be haunted

00:28and she died. Is it poltergeist? Yeah, poltergeist. FRED.

00:34and she said she got rid of it.

00:36Right so whether anything is still going on in there, I don't know.

00:42Ummmm, I don't know.

00:48And what were you doing working in there?

00:50I was working on the council, you know, on the plaster.

00:54So I was doing a job there.

00:58And was it an unusual property?

01:02No, not really. I don't really know anything about it.
