The Elizabeth line has been left with no service through central London after a “power supply failure” during rush hour, TfL has said.Trains have stopped running between Paddington and Abbey Wood.There are severe delays on the rest of the line, with National Rail warning of severe disruption through Tuesday morning until midday.
