00:00The anti-Semitism on display today and in recent days as people march with flags and

00:17black hearts to celebrate the first anniversary of 1200 people being slaughtered, raped, brutalized

00:24and held captive.

00:26It's why I describe this as the most shocking period of our country in my lifetime.

00:30And to every Australian, we are at our best when we stand up for our beliefs, even if

00:36it's easier to look the other way, or it's happening across the other side of the world

00:40far from us.

00:42This fight is about keeping our country safe.

00:45It's not right that Jewish schools have armed guards.

00:49It's not right that fellow Australians, including Holocaust survivors, feel unsafe in this country

00:54for the first time.
