00:00Dead on the spot, the 60-year-old Philam Gym Custodian, Rolando Yanga, was shot 8 times by a suspect while he was working at the gym.

00:21According to the police, the suspect was detained because he did not follow the hygiene protocols of the gym.

00:27The suspect immediately ran away after the crime but he was also arrested and charged with murder.

00:33The suspect's mother, who drives a car, was an accessory to the crime.
