00:04According to the ABISO of the Department of Energy or DOE,

00:08it is possible that the price of gasoline will go down by 50 to 70 cents per liter

00:13while the price of diesel will go up by 40 to 70 cents per liter.

00:18It is also expected that the price of kerosene will go up by 15 to 35 cents per liter.
