00:32Not really sure, but wherever it comes from, it doesn't really matter. It's irrelevant.

00:36It's unacceptable. At the end of the day, you've got to... Like I said, you can't understand

00:41that you're not going to win every game, but there are manners in which you lose games

00:48and that's the first time since I've been here anyway that we've lost a game in that

00:52manner and I'd say it's unacceptable.
